Return to Shiganshina arc

In his journals, Grisha Yeager recounts his conversation with Eren Kruger in which Kruger elaborates on the varying stories surrounding Ymir and the origin of the Titans. While some consider Ymir’s power to be of the Devil and others believe her power was a gift from God, Kruger notes that some believe the origin of Ymir’s power was the «source of all living matter,» though he admits all explanations of such history are ambiguous and ever-changing.

The anomaly saves Eren from death

While attempting to come into contact with Zeke Yeager to unlock the power of the Founding Titan, Eren is decapitated by Gabi Braun shooting him in the head with an anti-Titan rifle. Regardless, contact is still achieved and sends the consciousnesses of the two brothers into the paths with Ymir where Eren witnesses the origin of Ymir’s power. Upon gaining control of the Founding Titan moments after decapitation, the anomaly manifests from Eren’s body and reattaches itself to his head, saving Eren from completely dying.

Jean sees the anomaly reappear

Gabi Braun witnesses this event and later recounts it to her comrades many days later, comparing the anomaly to a «shining centipede». Suspecting the anomaly to be the true source of the Power of the Titans, Gabi anticipates seeing the anomaly once again if Eren were decapitated a second time. Shortly afterwards, as anticipated, the anomaly manifests out of the spine of Eren’s Founding Titan after Jean Kirstein decapitates it with explosives, this time on a much larger scale. The colossal anomaly attempts to enter the Founding Titan’s severed head but is stopped by Reiner Braun’s Armored Titan. Reiner holds the anomaly in place while Armin Arlert transforms into the Colossus Titan, enveloping both Reiner and the anomaly in its explosive transformation.

The anomaly survives the detonation while Reiner and Armin move toward it in an attempt to kill it. However, another explosion reports from the crater behind them, where Eren reemerges in a new Titan body. Armin moves to face him, leaving Reiner to deal with the «shining centipede.» The serpentine being then begins to exude a large amount of gas as it continues writhing, billowing towards the top of Fort Salta. The assembled soldiers quickly determine that this gas is similar to Zeke’s spinal fluid cloud, used to turn the inhabitants of Ragako into Titans. Shortly after, the remaining Eldians are transformed into Titans which leap off the mesa, rushing to defend the anomaly. Annie Leonhart and Pieck Finger transform of their own will in order to engage the creature and assist Reiner, but the Warriors are soon overwhelmed by the horde of Titans advancing.

Immediately after Eren Yeager’s death, the anomaly vanished along with the Power of the Titans.

• Although he/she likely dies in the epilogue, a post credit’s scene suggests that Our man may have survived the events despite being surrounded by Titans with nonfunctional omni-directional mobility gear.

Например, компания Intel использует маркировки «K» и «X‘. То есть, например, i7-4790 нельзя разогнать с помощью множителя, а вот i7-4790K — вполне.

Но как узнать точное название модели процессора? Проще всего воспользоваться программой CPU-Z. Запустив ее, нужно открыть вкладку «CPU» и посмотреть на самую первую строчку — «Name». Это и есть название процессора. Кстати, там же можно увидеть из сам множитель. Он в разделе «Clocks», в строке «Multiplier». Если процессор поддерживает «разгон», то этот множитель можно изменить.

Чтобы изменить коэффициент Core Ratio, нужно сначала попасть в оболочку BIOS. Для этого нужно нажать особое сочетание клавиш во время загрузки компьютера (до того, как появится экран Windows).

Сочетание может различаться в зависимости от материнской платы. Часто BIOS можно вызвать с помощью клавиши «F8» или «Del». На экране «Биоса» нужно найти раздел, посвященный процессору. Тут тоже все сложно, так как оболочек у BIOS много. Практически каждый производитель материнский плат использует свою собственную, поэтому без знания английского языка найти нужное место не так-то просто.

Изменять множитель нужно постепенно, повышая его на 2. После каждого изменения следует перезапускать компьютер и тщательно проверять работоспособность и температуру процессора. Если она становится выше 80 градусов во время игры, то нужно немедленно выключить Attack on Titan 2, перезагрузить компьютер, зайти в BIOS и снизить значение Core Ratio. Single Player Modes

Story Mode

The player is tasked to create a character who will go on to join the Scout Regiment with the rest of the cast. Story Mode covers the first two seasons of the anime and takes place from the custom character’s point of view. Cutscenes may present the player with different dialogue options and the custom character is allowing to mingle with squadmates between missions. By improve friendship with their squadmates, the player can improve their effectiveness in battle.

As the player gets closer to their squad, they may start addressing the custom character differently, like addressing them with their first name instead of their surname.

Like the first game, this game’s main story includes an original scenario that was done with Isayama’s supervision. Completing this mode unlocks additional characters and features. One completed playthrough is needed to unlock scenarios that save characters who canonically perish.

Another Mode

In Another Mode, players take on challenging Scout missions as their favorite characters, which are unlocked in Story Mode. While in Camp the player is able to purchase items needed for equipment, purchase and modify equipment, and access the next mission by talking to certain characters in the Camp.

Inferno Mode

Unlocked after Story Mode is cleared once. Similar to the first game’s True Attack Mode. It will not be possible to select among the three difficulty levels, and the Titans will be harder than their settings on Hard difficulty.

Town Life

Players can spend time with other characters

Town Life serves a break between battles where characters can take time to develop relationships or to train for their next expedition. Players will be able to access challenge missions that explore side stories and increase their fighting strength.

While in Town Life, the player will be able to visit the Titan Research Room to view Titans they have caught with a restraining gun, develop new equipment, and administer the Scout Regiment by putting together proposals for new policies.

Recover Territory Mode

In this mode the player is able to choose a team of up to 4 characters and enter battle to recover territory from the Titans. Throughout the missions the player is able to recruit different characters and also engage «mystery titans» which are variants of one of the 9 titans with different colours.

In this mode there can also be the setting of different teams and as well an entire regiment commander with the player choosing who the commander can be. In the ‘war room’ utilising the wings of freedom points the player can purchase more supplies or bring in new characters.

Final Battle

Territory Recovery Mode

This mode covers a non-canon regiment of characters who can either be one of the four in your roster or just be in the character list. These four characters in your roster (Can include your custom protagonist) take part in scout missions to recover territory lost by the titans. Along the way you can recruit characters ( as long as your friendship meter is up — does not transfer friendship from Another mode, Normal mode or Inferno mode) who can then join your roster or go into the character list. (MUST HAVE FINAL BATTLE DLC TO PLAY)

Character Episode Mode

This mode covers story from the third season of the anime from many characters’ points of view. (MUST HAVE FINAL BATTLE EXPANSION TO PLAY)

Modes[]

Story Mode

Main story mode that follows the first two animated seasons. Like the first game, this game’s main story includes an original scenario that was done with Isayama’s supervision.

«Dire Subjugation» Titans have been updated to be tougher and with rarer SS drops for gear.

Original protagonists made by the player can experience their own scenario in this mode; gender does not affect stats or character interactions. Lets their original avatar interact with characters from the first and second seasons of the TV series during the Daily Life Part. They can alternatively train, invite series characters on missions, and/or capture Titans for research. Later within this mode, the player is free to revamp their original protagonist’s appearance, including their body shape and their gender.

Completing this mode unlocks additional characters and features. One completed playthrough is needed to regain the the ability to build bonds with characters who canonically perish during Story Mode and to gain access to original scenarios which save them from their canonical deaths.

Another Mode

The game’s Free Mode based on the player’s progress in Story Mode and with all unlocked series characters playable in this mode.

Inferno Mode

Unlocked after Story Mode is cleared once. Similar to . All three difficulty modes will not be in effect this time, but the Titans will still be harder than their settings on Hard difficulty.

Online Mode

Two-man co-op can be done through «Research Missions», which focuses on collecting materials.

«Annihilation Mode» is a new online multiplayer mode that is 4 vs 4. Teams eliminate groups of Titans or race to capture bases, competing for points based on their executions. Like co-op, more materials can be earned during this mode. Team members are indicated by the bluish line that connects player characters. Attacking the same Titan together leads to a «Chain Bonus», rewarding bonus points for the kill. Players can earn double the points for killing Titan during «Chance Time», which occurs shortly before the time limit.

Items are altered for this mode to affect the players. Paint grenades can blur the opposing team’s vision, stun grenades can inhibit them temporarily, and a resurrection item is available.

In-game communication is limited to pre-set text and character gestures during the lobby screen between matches. Players can customize the icon that hovers above their player character head.

Another online mode added through an update is Devour Mode. Players can control Titans to destroy buildings and eat their human opponents. Titans that the player has unlocked through Story and Another Mode can be used with all of their abilities. Four players compete with one another for the most points.

History

Eight of the Nine Titans unleashed upon the world

Around 2,000 years ago, Ymir Fritz obtained the power of the Titans and became the first Titan, which later came to be known as the Founding Titan. Thirteen years later, she died and her power was then divided between her three daughters who had been forced to consume her remains. Eventually, the powers would split further into the individual Nine Titans, which were subsequently inherited by nine of her descendants. The Nine Titans soon destroyed the ancient nation of Marley and conquered the entire continent to build the Eldian Empire. As family relations play a significant role in passing and inheriting memories from the previous inheritors of the Titans, the Nine Titans normally resided within noble families during Eldia’s reign. Examples include the Fritz family with the Founding Titan and Tybur family with the War Hammer Titan.

The noble families who held the Nine Titans, other than the Fritz family, were in a constant state of conflict with each other, but the Founding Titan had maintained the peace. When the 145th King, Karl Fritz, inherited the Founding Titan, he held great shame for the actions of his people and carried sympathy for Marley. He conspired with the Tybur family as atonement for the actions of their ancestors and fabricated the story of Helos, a Marleyan hero who defeated King Fritz. They succeeded in inciting a civil war, the Great Titan War, with the help of the people of Marley and while Eldia collapsed from the inside, Marley seized control over seven of the Nine Titans, with only the Founding and Attack Titans escaping their grasp. They distributed the Titans they had (with the exception of the War Hammer Titan) among Eldians loyal to them known as Warriors. Karl Fritz then moved many Eldians onto Paradis Island and built the Walls by creating thousands of Colossus Titans, which hardened to form three concentric walls. The king then erased the memories of the Eldians on the island, except for a few minority races which were immune to the power of the Founding Titan.

The Tybur family was allowed to keep their Titan because they were the first to fight for Marley, leaving them and the Reiss family (the renamed Fritz family) the only remaining Eldian houses left with their Titan after the war. The Reiss family later lost their Titan to Grisha Yeager in the year 845. After Grisha’s Attack Titan ate Frieda Reiss’s Founding Titan, the two Titans mixed into one; this resulted in the number of Titans being reduced to eight. The number was reduced again nine years later when Eren Yeager’s Attack Titan consumed Lara Tybur’s War Hammer Titan, bringing the number of Titans down to seven.

Что сделать в первую очередь

Players can make a custom protagonist

The player has the option to create their own custom character of either gender. There are a variety of faces and hairstyles to choose from, and sliders to adjust the height and facial features.
