2.Download Minecraft Forge

You need to install Minecraft Forge. If you are looking for Minecraft Forge. You can download the corresponding Minecraft Forge from this link here.

Now you need to locate the Minecraft application folder on your computer.

If you are on a Windows computer, go to the start menu. Now type “%appdata%” and click Run.

How to Install OptiFine 1.18

1. First update your Minecraft for the same version of the mod.
2. Open the installer of Optifine HD.
3. Click Client. After that you will have already installed the mod.

The main feature of this mod is to boost FPS, It supports dynamic lighting. Optifine 1.15.2 supports fonts and HD quality textures. It also has custom colors, custom terrain, animated terrains, and many more features.

This latest version of Optifine 1.15.1 also supports shaders and dynamic lights. It allows to use of dropped and handheld lights. It is similar to DynamicLights but not related to it.

It provides important features like Distance rendering, configurable smooth lighting, and Vsync, etc. Minecraft Optifine optimizes the moon, stars, and sun in a short distance.

How to install Optifine

Now Optifine will be installed for Minecraft. It is important to make sure that the folder location you see on the installation is lead to Minecraft.

Optifine generally selects its installation path automatically. But, it is always good to check everything is good before installing the mod. Once you click on the install button. It will now install Optifine. Now, a small window will appear, it will confirm “Optifine is successfully installed”. Now, press the “Ok” button. The optifine window will be closed. You can now open the Minecraft Launcher. Normally, Optifine creates its own profile under Installations. Otherwise, you need to go to Installations from the top menu bar. And, you have to create a new Optifine profile.

To do this, you need to go to New to create a new installation. You can give it a name. Now, in the version option, it is important to choose Download Optifine version.

You can now press the Create button. Now, back and click on Play.

Select the profile you just created now and start the game by pressing the Play button.

You have now successfully installed the latest version of Optifine for Minecraft 1.15.
